This matter comes before this Court on a Petition for Review brought by Yvette White Hawk Todd, grandmother of the child, K.E.D.
The matter being petitioned for review is a Final Decree of Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption, signed January 30, 2007. After review of the file and proceedings culminating in the Decree, we comclude that the Decree was properly entered after notice to required persons.
The Petition for Review is denied.
