ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR REVIEW

A Notice of Appeal having been filed on October 10, 2006 by Natasha Serawop, Appellant, pro se, and the Court having reviewed the Notice, and file therein; makes the following findings:

1. An Order of Conformation was issued by the Court on September 29, 2006.
2. The Court finds nothing in the Court file which gives cause for review, as this Court finds no cause in the record to set aside the order.

BASED UPON THE FOREGOING FINDINGS AND GOOD CAUSE APPEARING:

IT IS NOW, THEREFORE, THE ORDER OF THIS COURT THAT:

1. The Petition for Review is denied.
