ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR REVIEW

A Notice of Appeal having been filed on August 23, 2006 by Eric Follet, Appellant, pro se, and the Court having reviewed the Notice, and file therein; makes the following findings:

1. An Order of Judgment by Default was issued by the Court on August 23, 2006.
2. The Court finds nothing in the Court file which gives cause for review, as the judgment was by default. Appellant’s contentions in his Petition for Review are factual contentions not appearing in the Court record.
   

BASED UPON THE FOREGOING FINDINGS AND GOOD CAUSE APPEARING:

IT IS NOW, THEREFORE, THE ORDER OF THIS COURT THAT:

1. The Petition for Review is denied.
