On May 2, 2006, following an April 18, 2006 hearing, the Tribal Court entered Judgment against Respondents/ Appellants KB Construction and Kermit Boyd and in favor of Petitioners/Appellees Ken Lansrud and Mr. Wire. On June 2, 2006, KB Construction and Kermit Boyd filed a Petition for Review. On September ___ 2006, we accepted Review.
Since we accepted review, Respondents/Appellants KB Construction and Kermit Boyd have not filed a brief in support of the appeal. The time for filing the brief has long expired.
Therefore, IT IS NOW ORDERED that t he appeal is dismissed.
