A timely NOTICE OF APPEAL was filed June 10, 2003 by Judy Red Boy, pro per, from a judgment of guilty issued from the bench by the Honorable Marvin Youpee, following a bench trial on June 5, 2003. The record is incomplete in that this Court cannot properly evaluate appellant’s claim without a full Court transcript of the bench trial held on June 5, 2003. Accordingly,
IT IS NOW THEREFOR THE ORDER OF THIS COURT THAT:
The Clerk of the Fort Peck Court of Appeals shall prepare a full written transcript of the bench trial in the above referenced matter and distribute one copy to each of the Justices of this Court not later than July 31, 2003. The time to accept/deny this appeal is extended to August 8, 2003, pending issuance of said transcript.
