A timely PETITION FOR REVIEW having been filed May 19, 2003 from an Order to Restrain dated May 14, 2003 (filed May 15, 2003) the Honorable Marvin Youpee presiding. This Court finds no legal basis upon which to review the Tribal Court order.
IT IS NOW THEREFOR THE ORDER OF THIS COURT:
That the petition herein is denied and all tribal court orders heretofore stayed or not acted upon as a result of this petition are hereby restored and shall be given full force and effect.
