A timely PETITION FOR REVIEW having been filed April 10, 2003 from an Order dated April 10, 2003, the Honorable John Christian presiding. This Court finds no legal basis to review the Tribal Court order in that the order is temporary in nature and this Court's jurisdiction extends only to final orders. Title II CCOJ 2000 §202.
IT IS NOW THEREFOR THE ORDER OF THIS COURT:
That the petition herein is denied and all tribal court orders heretofore stayed or not acted upon as a result of this petition are hereby restored and shall be given full force and effect.
