On October 24, 2001, this Court issued its Order granting the Petition for Review and set forth a briefing schedule wherein appellant's brief, or in lieu thereof, a Notice of Intent to Stand on the Record, was due for filing on or before November 16, 2001. Neither said brief, nor Notice to Stand on the record having been filed,

 

IT IS NOW THEREFORE, THE ORDER OF THIS COURT THAT:

That the appellants and their counsel of record, Leighton E. Reum, shall appear before this Court in the Fort Peck Tribal Court building, Poplar, MT., at 1:00 p.m. on April 19, 2002 to show cause why this matter should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Failure to appear will result in this case being dismissed.

If appellants show cause for the above alleged defect, all parties must be prepared to go forward with oral argument at the time and date set forth above.

No continuances will be granted unless in full compliance with Rule 7, Fort Peck Court of Appeals Rules of Procedure.
