This matter came on for hearing on April 19, 2002, pursuant to an ORDER TO FILE WRITTEN STIPULATION OR TO SHOW CAUSE issued by this Court on March 22, 2002. Mary L. Zemyan, Esq., of Wolf Point, MT., appeared on behalf of the defendants/appellants. Loren J. O'Toole II, Esq., of Plentywood, MT., appeared on behalf of the plaintiffs/appellees.

It having been determined that a copy of the parties' written stipulation had been filed with this Court on April 8, 2002, and good cause appearing;

NOW, THEREFOR, IT IS THE ORDER OF THIS COURT THAT:

The written stipulation attached hereto and signed by all of the named parties herein, is adopted by this Court and shall, for all purposes, be considered as an order of this Court, binding the parties thereto to its terms and conditions. Any party held to have breached or violated said stipulation shall be subject to contempt of court. Any future action for contempt shall be tried in the Tribal Court
