A NOTICE OF APPEAL having been filed on March 17, 2000, by James M. Youpee, pro se, fdlowng a bench trial resulting in a judgment finding the defendant guilty of a violation of Title IX §106 (reckless driving)and three (3) counts of violating Title III §407 (protection of Tribal Board Members, etal),of the Fort Peck Tribal Code of Comprehensive Justice, on March 2, 2000, the Honorable Barry C. Bighorn, Sr., presiding, and good cause appearing therefor;

IT IS NOW THEREFOR THE ORDER OF THIS COURT THAT:

1. Based upon the papers filed by Appellant, this Court could not determine any legal basis upon v/iich to review the lower court judgment, therefore, the Appeal is denied.

2. All Tribal Court orders heretofore stayed or not acted upon because of, or pursuant to, the pendency of this Appeal, are herewth restored and shall be given full force and effect without further delay.

3. The Tribal Court is requested to review its Final Commitment order of March 2, 2000, to determine whether proper credit for time served was given.
