    A PETITION FOR REVIEW having been filed by Mary L. Zemyan, Esq., on behalf of Theron Raining Bird, respondant from an Order issued on April 27, 1999, The Honorable Barry C. Bighorn, presiding, and good cause appearing therfor,

IT IS NOW THEREFORE THE ORDER OF THIS COURT THAT:

  1. Based upon the papers filed by Appellant, this Court could not determine any legal basis upon which to review the lower court order, therefore, the Petition for Review is denied.
  2. The Clerk is ordered to mail acopy of this order, with a copy of RULE OF PROCEDURE IN THE COURT OF APPEALS, toeach part of record.
