    Upon review of the Petition for Review and review of th Lower Court record herein, this Court issues th following:

IT IS NOW THEREFORE THE ORDER OF THIS COURT THAT:

  1. Based upon the papers filed by Appellant, this Court could not determine any legal basis upon which to review the lower court order, therefore, the Petition for Review is denied.
  2. All Tribal Court orders heretofore stayed or not acted upon because of, or persuant to, the pendency of this Petition for Review/Notice of Appeal, are herewith restored and shall be given full force and effect without delay.
  3. The Clerk is ordered to mail acopy of this order, with a copy of RULE OF PROCEDURE IN THE COURT OF APPEALS, TO EACH PARTY OF RECORD.
