COME NOW, ARNIE HOVE, counsel for Defendant/Appellee, and DAVID L. IRVING, counsel for Plaintiffs/Appellants, and hereby stipulate and agree pursuant to Rule 42(b), F.R.App.P., that the Court may enter an order dismissing, with prejudice, the Petition for Review and any and all other matters pending on appeal in the above entitled matter. Further, it is stipulated that each party shall be responsible for their own fees and costs.
