This matter came on at 2:00p.m. on June 4, 1999, for oral argument pursuant to this Court's order on May 14, 1999, and no appearance having been made by the appellant, and further, no supporting brief, memorandum or statement having been filed by the appellant, and good cause appearing.
NOWTHEREFORE, it is the order of this Court that the appeal herin, captioned as shown above, is dismissed and all tribal orders heretofore stayed or not acted upon because of, or pursuant to, the pendency of this appeal, are herewith restored and shall be given full force and effect without further delay.
It is further ordered that the clerk shall serve all parties of record with a copy of this order and a copy of the Fort Peck Court of Appeals' Rules of Procedure.
