Upon Petition for Interlocutory Appeal dated September, 1996 filed by Appelant/Defendent Dinette First this Court makes the following:
It is the finding of this court that the warrant to apprehend dated May 31, 1996 and the Criminal Complaint dated May 31, 1996 pertaining to cause 0359-96-5 both comply with process requirements.
NOW THEREFORE it is the order of this Court that the Petition for Interlocutory appeal is hereby denied without prejudice.
