Upon its own this Court has examined the Court file pleadings and transcripts and deems your appeal meritless on its face. However, in order to afford all parties their day in Court a Show Cause hearing was held on January 2, 1998 at 2:00 p.m. irJ. the Tribal Court building in Poplar, Montana. At said hearing the parties failed to show good cause why this action should continue.
NOWTHEREFORE IT IS THE ORDER OF THIS COURT that this matter be dismissed and the lower court decision affirmed.
