This matter came for Oral Argument on March 31, 1995, before the Fort Peck Tribal Court of Appeals. Justice Schuster, Justice Sullivan, and Justice Beaudry setting en banc. Dallas Atkinson Falcon appearing without benefit of counsel and Wayne Boyd represented by Daniel Schauer. At the close of Arguments this Court AFFIRMED the lower Courts decision.
