COMES NOW the FORT PECK COURT OF APPEALS acting on it own and in accordance with the Fort Peck Tribal Comprehensive Code of Justice makes the following.
IT IS NOWTHEREFORE THE ORDER OF THIS COURT THAT:
1. This case is hereby dismissed by reason that the Appellant failed to file a brief, memorandum or statement in support of the APPEAL with the Appeals Court Clerk, Fort Peck Tribal Court, P.O. Box 1133, Wolf Point, Montana 59201 on or before May 20, 1994 as ordered by this Court May 4, 1994.
