ORDER AFFIRMING TRIBAL COURTS DECISSION

COMES NOW the Fort Peck Tribal Court of Appeal and states that on or about March 8, 1996 at 2:00 p.m. in the Poplar Courts a show cause hearing was held in this matter. At said show cause hearing the defendant/appellant Dennis Granbois failed to appear and also the Fort Peck Tribes plaintiff/appellee failed to appear. Based on appellant's failure to prosecute this court issues the following:
NOWTHEREFORE it is the order of this Court that the lower court decision is hereby AFFIRMED.
