COMES NOW the Fort Peck Tribal Court of Appeals upon its own investigation in review of the lower court records has determined that the reasons for appeal in this matter no longer exist. The facts indicated that the issues existing between the parties have been resolved.
NOWTHEREFORE IT IS THE ORDER OF THIS COURT that Appeal No. 201 is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
