A motion for reconsideration having been filed by Counsel for Appellant; and
The Court having considered the motion but finding therein no basis for reconsideration of the order dismissing the appeal; and
A motion for stay of sentence having been filed pending reconsideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL dated December 16, 1992 is affirmed;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the matter is remanded to Fort Peck Tribal Court for purposes of execution of sentence.
