A Motion for Reconsideration having been filed by counsel for Appellant; and
The Court having considered the motion but finding therein no basis for reconsideration of the Order Dismissing Appeal; and
A Motion for Stay of Sentence having been filed pending reconsideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL dated December 18, 1992, is affirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the matter is remanded to Fort Peck Tribal Court for purposes of execution of sentence.DATED this 22nd day of January, 1993.
