ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

THIS MATTER comes before the Appeals Court on an appeal of a Tribal Court order dated August 19, 1992, the Honorable Robert Welch presiding, without a jury.
The appeal was granted and a briefing schedule ordered? various motions were filed, including a motion for extension of time to file Appellant's brief, which was granted. However, Counsel for Appellant has failed to file a brief in support of appeal.
THEREFORE, it is the finding of this Court that said Appeal is without merit and IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said appeal be, and the same IS HEREBY DISMISSED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the stay of Order of Eviction previously granted is vacated.
