THIS MATTER having come before the Appeals Court on a Notice of Appeal and Petition for Review filed by Ruby Rasor, Personal Representative for Melody Stanley and the Court having reviewed the Petition and pleadings in the file, hereby Orders the Appeal denied.

Denial is based on 1CCOJ §202:

Sec. 202. Jurisdiction of Court of Appeals.

"The jurisdiction of the Court of Appeals shall extend to all appeals from final orders and judgments of the Tribal Court".

We find no final order of the Court or Judgment upon which to grant an Appeal. Therefore, the Petition for Review and Appeal is denied.
