THIS MATTER having come before the Appeals Court from a NOTICE OF APPEAL filed from a court decision entered on February 10, 1992.
This matter was duly set for briefing schedule before the Appeals Court;, however, the Appellant did not file any brief, memorandum or statement of issues as ordered by the Court.
THEREFORE, it is the finding of this Court that said Appeal is without merit and IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said appeal be, and the same IS HEREBY DISMISSED.
