Petitioner, Melvin Flynn Jr., by and through counsel, having filed a Petition for Appeal Review, and based on the examination of file and good cause, the appeal is denied.

Denial of appeal is based on these grounds:

  1. The Petition for Review is not timely filed. Ref. 1CCOJ §207(a).
  2. The Petitioner fails to state a sufficient statement as to why the Petition should be granted, other than "That the judgment entered in this matter is not supported by the facts." Ref. 1CCOJ §207(b).

The Petition for Review is denied.
