This matter having come before the Appeals Court on a Petition for Review of an agreement to pay restitution entered into by the Tribal Prosecutor, and William Lambert, Defendant; the Petition for Review being filed by Milo and Winifred Grey Bull Pro Se and Notice of Appearance of Counsel being filed by Melissa G. Schauer, Lay Law Advocate. This Court finds that it has no jurisdiction to hear this matter. 1 CCOJ Section 202 provides in part:
"The jurisdiction of the Court of Appeals shall extend to all appeals from final orders and judgments of the Tribal Court."
Since no final order or judgment has been entered by the Fort Peck Tribal Court in the matter, the Petition for Review is denied.
