The above-entitled matter having come before the Appeals Court on a Petition for Review filed by counsel for Robert War Club;
There being no briefs or memorandums filed in said matter, the Court has reviewed the pleadings on file and trial transcript of hearing held June 7, 1991;
Based on said review, the Court finds that the factual determinations of the Tribal Court are supported by substantial evidence, and this Court will not set same aside, pursuant to 1 CCOJ Section 202.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the judgment of the Fort Peck Tribal Court entered June 26, 1991, is affirmed.DATED this 29th day of October, 1991.
