This matter having come before the Appeals Court on a Motion for Appeal and Stay of Lower Court Judgment;

For Appellee, Phyllis Sells: Clayton Reuin, Lay Law Advocate.

Mr. Buckles moved the Court for dismissal of the Appeal for the reason that his review of the matter indicated that there were not sufficient grounds for Appeal; Counsel for Appellee concurred with the motion for dismissal;

WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the appeal be and same is hereby DISMISSED; and further, the order of the lower Court is affirmed.
