This matter having come before the Appeals Court on a PETITION BY DEPENDANT MARGUERITE MILLER FOR REVIEW BY COURT OF APPEALS and STAY OF ORDER;
The Court having considered said Petition for Review and Stay and having previously ruled in Cause No. 128 that similar orders appealed are not final orders or judgments and therefore said matter is not properly before the Appeals Court.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Review and Stay is hereby denied; it is further ordered that said matter be, and the same is hereby, remanded to Tribal Court for a final determination on the merits.DATED this 7th day of June, 1991.
