A Petition for Review having been filed herein, and good cause showing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said matter be, and the same is hereby, remanded to Port Peck Tribal Court for a full evidentiay hearing on the motion of defendant for new trial. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendant be confined pending further order on this matter. Said hearing shall be held as expediently as possible.
