This matter having come before the Court on a Notice of Appeal filed by Emmett Buckles, Counsel for Fort Peck Tribes, from a Court order entered on February 21, 1991; and
The matter having been set for briefing schedule; and the Appellant having failed to file a brief, memorandum or statement in support of said appeal and therefore it is the conclusion of this Court that the appeal is without merit.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said appeal is dismissed.
