The above entitled matter having came before the Court on a Motion for Stay of Sentence and request for emergency hearing, and good cause appearing;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the execution of sentence in said matter be stayed pending further order of this Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Appellant's Petition for Review be heard by oral arguments before this Court on Friday, April 12, 1991 at two o'clock P.M., Fort Peck Tribal Court, Poplar, Montana, at which time counsel for Appellant and Appellee shall appear and present their arguments thereon.
