This matter having come before the Appeals Court by NOTICE OP APPEAL filed by Leslie Adams, Pro se, Appellant from a Court decision entered on February 6, 1991;
This matter was duly set for briefing schedule before the Appeals Court; however, the Appellant did not file any brief, memorandum or statement of issues as ordered by the Court.
THEREFORE, it is the finding of this Court that said Appeal Notice is without merit and IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said appeal be, and the same IS HEREBY DISMISSED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said matter is remanded to Port Peck Tribal Court for purposes of execution of sentence.
