A NOTICE OF APPEAL was filed in the above-entitled matter on December 27, 1990 by Levi Oison, Plaintiff, pro se, appealing a letter decision of the Chief Judge, Howard Bemer, of same date, wherein Judge Bemer states that he will not allow Plaintiff Oison to assume the duties of Assistant Prosecutor 'until he meets the standards of I CCOJ 602(2).
This matter is not properly before this Court. There is no final order or judgment of the Tribal Court made in the matter and therefore this Court cannot consider an appeal. REP. 1 CCOJ 205(b).
THEREFORE PLAINTIFF'S APPEAL IS HEREBY DENIED.DATED this 31st day of December, 1990.
