ORDER

This matter having come before this Court of Appeal on Motions to Alter and Appeal by Petitioner, KIRT DOUGLAS DAHL, appearing Pro se; and the Respondent, CHERYL WHITE HAWK, having responded to the motions by and through Rene A. Martell, Montana Legal Services, Wolf Point, Montana; and a prior order of this Court set a briefing schedule for appeal briefs, at which time Petitioner/Appellant filed his "Motion to Alter June 15, 1990 Order" of the Court; and the Appeals Court having considered said filings and motions does hereby make the following findings:
1. That the motions before this Court are in substance motions to amend or modify the order of the Tribal Court dated July 25, 1990 (sic).
2. The forum for requests for modification of Court order is in the Tribal Court.
Based on said findings, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. All motions filed in this matter subsequent to the July 25, 1990 (sic) order of the Tribal Court are hereby remanded to the Tribal court for hearing on modification of custody.
2. This Court will not consider further motions in this matter until there is a final order of the Court pursuant to I CCOJ §205(b), entitled CIVIL CASES as follows:
"Any party who is aggrieved by a final order or judgment of the Tribal Court may file a petition requesting the Court of Appeals to review that order or judgment as provided in Section 207."
