ORDER REMANDING CASE TO PORT PECK TRIBAL COURT

The above matter comes before this Court on a NOTICE OP APPEAL by Defendant Fort Peck Housing Authority et al., appealing the Port Peck Tribal Court's Memorandum and Order entered April 20, 1990.
It is the findings of this Court, based on the pleadings and Court file, that this matter is not properly before this Court for the reason that there is no final order from which to appeal at this time.
It is the order of this Court that said matter is hereby REMANDED to the Port Peck Tribal Court for a final determination of the matter on its merits.
