Appeal from a jury verdict given on the 26th day of January, 1990; Counsel Clayton Reum tiled a Notice of Appeal on February 5, 1990 and thereafter a briefing schedule was ordered and the matter set for oral arguments;

Defendant/Appellant failed to file a brief or memorandum in support of his appeal as ordered. THEREFORE, it is the judgment of this Court, and this does ORDER that Appellant's appeal be and the same is hereby DISMISSED. The judgment of the trial court is AFFIRMED and the sentence stay is hereby lifted. This matter is remanded to the trial court for execution of sentence.
