The Petition for Review was filed March 30, 1989 by Celestice H. Damon, Jr. requesting that this Court review the criminal judgment of guilty rendered on March 8, 1989. Although a Defendant in a criminal case shall have an appeal as of right from a judgmen'- of conviction pursuant to I CCOJ 205 (a), this appeal was no" filed within the required fifteen (15) days pursuant to I CCCJ 206(a) and Celestice H. Damon, Jr. is not the Defendant in this action or a Lay Counselor licensed to practice in the Fort Eeck Tribal Court System. THEREFORE APPELLANT'S APPEAL IS HEREBY DENIED.
