The Notice of Appeal was filed May 11, 1988 by Clayton Reum, Lay Counselor for Appellant, requesting that this Court review the jury verdict of guilty rendered on the 21st day of April, 1988. Although the Defendant in a criminal case shall have an appeal as of right from a judgment of conviction pursuant to I CCOJ 205(a), this appeal was not filed within the required fifteen (15) days pursuant to I CCOJ 206(a).
THEREFORE APPELLANT'S APPEAL IS HEREBY DENIED.
