ORDER

THIS COURT HAVING REVIEWED the Petition for Review in the above-referenced matter, dated and filed the 9th day of July, 1986, and having noted that the Judgment was entered the 18th day of June, 1986, finds that it is without jurisdiction to act.

Title I, Section 207(a) of the Comprehensive Code of Justice of the Assiniboine and Sioux bribes requires that "...The petition for review must be taken within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of entry of the final order or judgment appealed from by filing such petition with the Clerk of the Tribal Court...". The petition for review was not filed with the Clerk of the Tribal Court within 15 days in this matter.

THEREFORE, the Appellant's Petition for Review is DENIED and its appeal from the Tribal Court Order is HEREBY VACATED.
