FORT PECK COURT OF APPEALS
ASSINIBOINE AND SIOUX TRIBES
FORT PECK INDIAN RESERVATION
POPLAR, MONTANA
*****************************

Iris Allrunner,
          Petitioner/Appellant,

vs.

William "Willie" Weeks,
          Respondent/Appellee.
APPEAL No. 021

 *********************
ORDER OF DENIAL OF FURTHER APPELLATE PROCEEDINGS
ON PRESENT RECORD BEFORE COURT OF APPEALS
*********************

THIS COURT HAS REVIEWED the Petition for Review in the above-referenced matter, dated April 4, 1936 and filed April 24, 1986, and has also reviewed the Court Order dated March 27, 1936 and signed by William McClammy, Chief Judge, restraining Appellant from the Tribal Building until charges against her were resolved by the Court.

This Court takes notice of the May 8, 1986 Final Disposition and Order signed by Cranston Hawley ordering the charge against Appellant of Hindering Law Enforcement dismissed pursuant to the jury's findings of not guilty. Because of the above, the Restraining Order would be of no further effect.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that further proceedings on the basis of the within record are inappropriate on the grounds of res judicata, that is, on the grounds that all matters in the file appear to have been judicially acted upon and decided.

DATED this 22nd day of October, 1986.

BY THE COURT OF APPEALS:

Julian H. Brown, Chief Justice

Arnie A. Hove, Associate Justice
