Having reviewed the Petition for Review in the above- referenced matter, dated November 29, 1985, and having reviewed the Appellee's Response to said Petition for Review, this Court finds that it is without jurisdiction to act on an appeal from an order which is clearly not a final order or judgment as provided in Title I, Chapter 2, Section 205(b), of the Fort Peck Assiniboine/Sioux Comprehensive Code of Justice.
THEREFORE, the Appellant's Petition for Review is denied and its appeal from the Tribal Court Order is hereby Vacated.
