Having reviewed the APPEAL OF THE EXTRADITION PROCESS AND JUDGEMENT, TO THE FORT PECK TRIBAL COURT OF APPEALS: REGARDING THE JUDGEMENT OF THE EXTRADITION OF JONATHA.N EAGLEMAN, dated March 19, 1986, being considered a written Notice of Appeal as required by Section 206(a), and the same having been received and filed in the above-referenced matter March 20, 1986, this Court finds that it is without jurisdiction to act on an appeal from an order which is clearly not a final order or judgment as provided in Title 1, Chapter 2, Section 205(a), of the Fort Peck Assiniboine/Sioux Comprehensive Code of Justice.
THEREFORE, the Appellant's Notice of Appeal is denied and his appeal is hereby vacated
