THIS COURT HAS REVIEWED the file in the above-entitled matter and finds the the last pleading, a Petition to Show Cause, was filed November 7, 1983, that a receipt from a William R. Smith dated December 19, 1983 indicates he received from Iris Allrunner, a Notice of Appeal, and that there is no transcript of the proceedings from which Appellant Appeals.
THIS COURT HAS ALSO REVIEWED the entire file, and giving the greatest latitute possible to the pleadings filed therein, has found no final order or judgment or a Petition for Review filed within fifteen (15) days from the date of entry of the final order or judgment appealed from as required by Section 206(a) of Title 1 of the Comprehensive Code of Justice of the Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes. Finally, there is no order granting an appeal in the file.
THEREFORE, THIS COURT HEREBY finds that there was no Petition for Review or order granting an appeal in this matter and HEREBY DENIES THE APPEAL.
