THIS COURT REVIEWED the Petition for Review in the above-referenced matter, dated May 5, 1986, and issued an Order Acknowledging Appellants' Right to Appeal Setting Forth Briefing Schedule, and Scheduling Tentative Oral Argument for Civil or Non-Criminal Appeal, Unless Court in Its Discretion Later Denies Oral Argument dated July 1, 1986.
This Court was contacted by David L. Irving, attorney for Appellants in February 1937 and advised that the matter may have been settled. This Court has received no further correspondence from either party since February 27, 1987 and because of the above and inaction of the parties, this appeal is HEREBY DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
