Welcome to the Fort Peck Tribal Court website. This site is designed to provide the public and advocates with easy access to the information needed to make the legal process efficient. We are in the process of updating our website with our current information. The Fort Peck Tribal Court was established by the Bureau of Indian Affairs pursuant to the Tribe’s constitution in 1965. The Court serves all tribal members and the general public.
